A child who cannot read fluently by the upper primary will not cope later. Weak reading and arithmetic are identified and worked on inside the school day rather than noted and ignored.

Our Teachers
The people in the room are the school.
A school in a neighbourhood like ours does not compete on buildings. It stands or falls on whether the teacher in front of a class of forty children can hold their attention, notice the child at the back who has stopped following, and get a Class X student through a board paper.
Our staff is a mix of male and female teachers across every section, which matters in a co-educational school — girls in the Middle and Secondary sections should have women teaching and available to them.
Teaching here is externally measured. The Punjab Education Foundation's annual Quality Assurance Test examines our students directly, and requires 75% of those tested to score at least 40% in every subject. That standard belongs to the staff as much as to the students, and it shapes how subjects are planned across the year.

Ask for the head of your child's section at the office by name — they are the right first point of contact.

In the classroom
How we expect teaching to be done
Explain in the language they think in
New concepts are explained in Urdu where needed, then the English terminology is attached. The aim is understanding first and examination language second — but both, by Class IX.
Written work is actually checked
Exercise books are marked and signed. An unmarked book is a teaching failure, not a student one, because it means nobody knows what the child does not understand.
Past papers from Class IX onward
Board papers have patterns. Secondary students work through past BISE Multan papers under timed conditions so the examination hall is familiar rather than frightening.
Discipline without beating
Corporal punishment is prohibited and is not used. Behaviour is handled by speaking to the student, then the parents, then the Principal.
Parents are colleagues, not nuisances
A parent at the door with a question is doing their job. Teachers are expected to make time and to answer straight.

Teaching vacancies
We recruit qualified male and female teachers. Applications are received at the school office and considered as posts arise.
- Open Subject teachers — Secondary section Teaching Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Computer. Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree with B.Ed preferred. Experience of BISE Multan board classes an advantage.
- Open Female teachers — Primary and Middle Teaching Graduate with B.Ed or equivalent. Strong Urdu and English required. Female applicants are particularly encouraged for the girls' sections.
- Open Early Years teacher and assistant (aya) Support For the Play Group and Nursery sections. Patience with very young children matters more here than paper qualifications.
